Today in the #VenuesNS, we are pleased to introduce the congress facilities of the sport complex “Barys Arena”.
"Barys Arena" is a multifunctional sports complex with an area of 86,773 square meters, which hosts not only competitions in various sports, but also concerts, forums, business and other official events.
The main ice arena of the palace accommodates almost 12,000 spectators and is able to transform into a platform for mini-football, basketball, volleyball or a creative scene.
For the most convenient viewing of hockey matches, concerts and shows on the fourth floor of the complex there are 60 VIP cabins each with a capacity of 12 people and 2 presidential VIP halls.
Conferences and meetings dedicated to sports, business and other events are held in the Press zone of 200 sq.m. and with a capacity of 200 people.
Sports complex accommodates also an Olympic swimming pool with an area of 1 325 sq.m. The pool is divided into 10 tracks 50 meters long and 25 meters wide, according to FINA rules, and has a jumping pool equipped with towers and springboards, which allows holding international competitions in swimming, diving, and water polo.
