The commission for the selection of «Visit Nur-Sultan» City's Partnership Program made of the representatives of the Nur-Sultan chapter of “Kazakhstan Association of Hotels and Restaurants” (KAGiR), «Kazakh Tourism» NC» JSC, the Regional Council of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Nur-Sultan and «City’s Centre for Investment Development «AstanaInvest» LLP (hereinafter – AstanaInvest), conducted first site visit examining and evaluating the compliance of Comfort Astana hotel with the requirements for recognition as a Participant of the Program.
The main goal of the «Visit Nur-Sultan» City’s Partnership Program is to improve the quality of tourism services provided and prepare the city for the entry of tourists after the pandemic restrictions are lifted.
Participation in the Program is carried out on a voluntary and free of charge basis on the principles of cooperation, by submitting an application for participation. The operator of the Program is the AstanaInvest company.
