The development of the human capital and the quality of the tourism products is a key to success for new MICE destinations such as Kazakhstan. A lot of attention is now being paid to the sector of learning and growth of the professional skills and development of qualifications of the MICE tourism professionals.
Therefore "Kazakh Tourism" National Tourism Board has organized a series of training seminars on MICE for industry professionals all over Kazakhstan. The representatives of the Nur-Sultan Convention Bureau - Helena Mahuas and Assel Karbayeva conducted these seminars.
Event professionals of the cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Shymkent, Aktau, and Turkestan had the opportunity to attend and learn something new. The participants were representatives of PR services, travel companies, hotels, marketers, business executives and event managers, specialists of companies working in the field of business tourism, as well as representatives of government agencies.
In addition to the basics of the MICE industry, the seminars discussed topics as methods of attracting events of international associations, the basics of business meetings, optimization of management and sales, as well as current trends. Our colleagues have shared their professional experience and gave vital insights into business events management.
Taking into account the epidemiological situation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, all the seminars were held in compliance with prescribed sanitary and epidemiological requirements.
