Kazakhstan is strengthening restrictive measures at the border.
The interdepartmental Commission made the following decisions:
Now foreigners with a work visa and residence permit and nonresidents who are family members of citizens can cross the border of our country only once every 90 days (previously were 30 days).
- Suspension of the visa-free regime for citizens of 57 countries has been extended until the 1st of May, 2021. And until the 1st of January 2021, the suspension of a 72-hour visa-free stay in the territory of Kazakhstan for transit passengers from China and India was extended.
- The number of international flights with Turkey will be reduced on the 9th of November from 33 to 20 a week.
