On May 03-08, 2021 Department of Tourism Infrastructure Development organized courses to improve the quality of services provided for hotel employees of Nur-Sultan city.
The main aim is to improve the quality of services provided in the local area. Speakers were Saule Sultanova and Georgy Kim, who are professionals and global hospitality experiences. Within six days, more than 70 employees from 25 hotels have been trained, and the employees of the College of Service and Tourism took a part.
Such an event provides a new momentum for local hotels to reach a new level of higher service quality, develop and implement a new marketing strategy, improve the efficiency of services in their hotels, and develop the competence of personnel.
