The decision to hold the event in Kazakhstan was made at the 59th Convention of the World Boxing Council. The SULEIMEN promotions team successfully defended the project to hold the 60th anniversary WBC conference in Kazakhstan.
The World Boxing Council (WBC) is a professional boxing organization. The WBC was initially established in 1963 by 11 countries: the United States, Argentina, United Kingdom, France, Mexico, the Philippines, Panama, Chile, Peru, Venezuela, and Brazil.
