The Commission for selection of the participants of the "Visit Nur-Sultan" City’s Partnership Program conducted on-site inspections of the ibis Nur-Sultan, Alanda и Radisson Astana, Park Inn Astana, Rixos President Astana hotels to assess their compliance with the requirements for Program participants.
The Commission was impressed by staff training, compliance with international standards, and the overall quality of services provided.
The next stage after the inspection is the decision of the Commission regarding the award of the "Visit Nur-Sultan" categories as follows: Comfort, Comfort Plus, and Comfort Excellent.
