The Asian Handball Championship among schoolchildren will be held for the first time in Nur-Sultan.

The Continental Championship will take place in the capital of Kazakhstan on July 19-24, 2021. School teams from more than 10 countries in the world will participate in the competition.
This is the first international student competition organized in Kazakhstan under the auspices of the Asian School Sports Federation.

Also, the meeting of the Executive Committee and the 10th Forum of the Asian School Sports Federation will be hosted in the framework of the championship.

The Kazakhstan School Sports Federation is a self-sponsored non-governmental organization. The Kazakhstan School Sports Federation is a full member of the International School Sports Federation (ISF). The ISF is recognized by the International Olympic Committee, and promote the values and interests of Education through Sport. It has 113 members from five continents of the world. World Gymnasiades, martial arts games, inclusive and informative games, world and continental school championships in more than 40 sports are held under the auspices of the ISF.
