Today, in our section #VenuesNS, we are pleased to introduce the congress opportunities of the Hilton Astana Hotel.
Hilton Astana is a stylish and modern hotel within the futuristic EXP0-2017 exhibition complex, which has 253 rooms. In addition to providing accommodation, the Hotel offers its guests spacious premises for events of various formats, with a total area of over 4,000 m2.
The entire event space is located in the Convention Area with a separate front entrance and a spacious parking area. Moreover, there is a Bubble Foyer, which is a place for coffee breaks, VIP meetings, and can be adapted based on any needs of guests.
The hotel has two ballrooms - Grand Ball Room with an area of 717 m2 and Astana Hall with an area of 515 m2. The lobby of the Grand Ball Room can accommodate up to 500 people and is ideal for welcome cocktails/receptions, coffee breaks, and exhibitions. Also, each ballroom offers a separate, spacious entrance group, dressing room, and restrooms.
For smaller events, there are possibilities to use 6 conference halls with an area of 100 m2 and more with an average capacity of 80 people, and a meeting room with a capacity of 8 people - all equipped with a projector and a pull-out screen.
The ceiling height is from 3 to 7 meters.
