Congratulations, LOT Polish Airlines, on marking 90 years of great service and leadership in the airline industry. This is a great milestone!
Last week the airlines represented by Artem Vartanov, the Regional Director for Central and Eastern Europe, together with Aviareps Astana, the regional representative of the LOT Polish Airlines in Kazakhstan, welcomed their partners and clients at the anniversary celebration at the St. Regis Hotel Astana.
In 1929 the new Polish state company “Polskie Linje Lotnicze LOT” welcomed its first passengers on board. As of now, LOT is one of the 12 oldest carriers in the World and the fastest growing in Central and Eastern Europe. Next year they are planning to break the record and exceed the 10 million passengers’ threshold.
Following an agreement between the airline and the Civil Aviation Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Polish carrier will increase flights from Warsaw to Nur-Sultan from 4 to 7 weekly from the summer of 2020, and will also open a regular flight to Almaty next year.
Their future looks bright, thus we wish continued success to the airline as it spreads its wings and soars to new heights.
