At the XX Congress of the Nur Otan party on November 25, the Head of state highlighted the need to prioritize new areas for Kazakhstan such as IT and tourism, which will create about 300 thousand new jobs.
Earlier speaking about the potential of the tourism sector of Kazakhstan and the tasks for its development at the "Ulytau-2019" International Tourism Forum, the Head of state mentioned the importance of improving the quality of services provided and improving the skills of tourism professionals, which is why the International University of Tourism and Hospitality was established in Turkestan.
