“Astana Convention Bureau” holds a FAM trip for Hong Kong tour operators on October 23-25, 2019. Hosting of the FAM trips will make a significant contribution to the formation of a positive image of Nur-Sultan city as a promising destination for international congresses.
The guests of the FAM tour are the leaders and managers of the Hong Kong MICE industry: representatives of Four Seas Tour, C.I.S. & Tour CO LTD., Lotus Tour, as well as the office of Air Astana in Hong Kong.
The participants got acquainted with the exhibition and conference capabilities of the capital, visited the venues for events: Palace of Independence, Astana, Congress Center, Astana, Korme Exhibition Center, “Saltanat Sarayi” grand ballroom, Nomad City Hall and evaluated the infrastructure of accommodation facilities, including The Ritz-Carlton, Astana, Hilton Astana, Astana Marriott Hotel, Radisson Hotel, Astana, and The St. Regis Astana.
Participants have also visited the cultural attractions of the capital: the Museum of Future Energy. the heritage of the Expo 2017 Astana International, Театр "Astana Ballet" and the Монумент Байтерек.
Also, guests had a chance to visit a magical world of the theater and look behind the scenes of the stage, the team visited dressing rooms of artists, and watched the rehearsal of the production at the AstanaOpera.
Finally, participants had a unique opportunity to get acquainted with the traditions of Kazakh people, ride horses, and try national cuisine in BalQaragai.
