We would like to inform you that the state of emergency in the capital city has been ceased. At the same time, restrictions on entry and exit from the regions, as well as curfew from 23:00 to 07:00 were lifted.

However, due to an increase in the number of cases of coronavirus infection, quarantine restrictions remain in force.

Please observe safety precautions and do not put yourself or others at risk.
