On-site inspections of the “Visit Nur-Sultan” Program in the “Comfort” and “Taste” category ⠀

The Commission for selection of the participants of the "Visit Nur-Sultan" City’s Partnership Program conducted on-site inspections of the Diplomat, Wyndham Garden Astana, Ritz-Carlton Astana and Grace Point hotels, and “DAMI” café to assess their compliance with the requirements for Program participants. The Commission assessed the level of staff training, compliance with international standards and the overall quality of services provided.

The next stage after the inspection is the decision of the Commission regarding the award of the "Visit Nur-Sultan" categories as following:

-                     “Comfort”- Comfort, Comfort Plus, and Comfort Excellent;

-                     “Taste”- Taste, Taste Plus and Taste Excellent – to the prospect partners.
