'Open sky' over Kazakhstan

Starting from November 1, 2019, the “open sky” regime was introduced at 11 airports in Kazakhstan.

This regime involves removing restrictions on the number of flights and providing foreign airlines with the right to fly through the cities of Kazakhstan to other countries.

? «Opening of the sky" has many positive effects. First of all, it helps to attract foreign carriers in our market and will stimulate the development of new routes. Due to increased competition among airlines, experts predict a decrease in cost and an improvement in the quality of services provided, which will make air transport and traveling more affordable.

? Moreover, the “open sky” will increase the number of transit passengers, and will also have a positive impact on the overall development of tourism.
