Forum of Strategic Initiatives dedicated to the discussion of topical issues in the economic and political life of Kazakhstan. The event will take place on November 16, 2022, in "Rixos President Astana," "Zheruyyk" hall (Astana, Kunaev str. 7).
This year's theme will be #Qazaqstan2029. On the leading discussion platform, Kazakhstani and international speakers will first share their opinions on the upcoming presidential "seven-year-old" and what steps and reforms are needed for the new Kazakhstan.
Heads of state bodies, national companies, representatives of large businesses, public and political figures, and experts in economics, politics, and many others will participate in the discussions. One of the prominent guests of the Forum-2022 will be:
- James Robinson, British economist and political scientist, Professor at the Harris School of Public Policy (University of Chicago) since 2015, Professor at Harvard University (2004-2015), co-author of the book Why nations fail?;
- Nassim Taleb, the American economist, writer, and author of the economic bestsellers " The Black Swan" (2007) and " Skin in the Game: Hidden Asymmetries in Daily Life" (2018) (will be the online speaker of the Forum).
