The exchange of experience in the development of the tourism industry was discussed with the OSCE Programme Office in Nur-Sultan

Chairman of the Board of Astana Invest Yerzhan Baltayev at a meeting with the Acting Head of the OSCE Programme Office in Nur-Sultan Rati Japaridze presented the potential for the development of the tourism industry and infrastructure in the capital.

The world's largest regional organization, the OSCE, today unites 57 countries located in North America, Europe, and Central Asia. The Programme Office in Nur-Sultan deals with economic and environmental issues, as well as security, human rights, the rule of law, and media freedom. Special attention is paid to the issues of sustainable development and effective management to strengthen economic security, create a favorable business climate and comfortable conditions for small and medium-sized businesses.

The parties discussed bilateral cooperation, possible solutions to achieve a common goal in the development of the economy of the country and the region. It is known that the development of tourism contributes to the growth of the economy by creating jobs, receiving tax revenues, and market diversification.

Following the meeting, an agreement on cooperation and the implementation of joint projects was reached.
